art as a healing practice

What can the expressive arts do for you?

Expressive arts is a discipline that uses the arts to promote change, healing and growth.

With a firm belief in the arts as intervention for healing and a humanistic approach, I subscribe to the World Health Organization’s view of health “as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

If you share this belief, we already have an important thing in common. I'd love to hear your story and what you dream to see unfolding next.
